How unhealthy is McDonalds really?

I've started working as a delivery driver a few months ago and I'll often finish a shift very hungry & thirsty and an hours drive from home so I've started going to McDonalds way more often, minimum once per fortnight maximum twice in a week. My bmi is 26 and went down when I started working.
Which would you think is healthier?
>Someone who never exercises or eats fastfood like McDonalds
or
>Someone who works out 2 or 3 times per week but also eats at McDonalds once or twice a week?

Ontop of McDonalds I also started drinking way more so I'm surprised I've lost a few pounds since starting work as a DD. Yesterday after work I went to McDs and had a whole bottle of white wine with a few handfuls of pringles.

Anyone got some dating advise like basic rules? I've recently started to actually get dates again but I keep fucking it up. Not sure though if I'm doing something wrong during the dates or during the time in between dates. The biggest problem I have actually isn't during a date but after a first date I'm never sure how much to message them. I had a first date recently which went okay but not amazing but she did express desire for a 2nd date however she didn't agree to Sat and instead wanted wait until Tues. So when Sat came around I didn't message her first that day because I assumed she was busy since she didn't want a date that day but then she messaged me at 5pm to end things. That makes me think she decided to end things because I didn't message her for too long because if she knew we weren't a match why would she agree to a 2nd date?

Then my date before that one with a Chinese woman I met her for a 2nd date which was karaoke but afterwards she wanted to end things but I got her to agree to fwb so I did get laid thankfully.

Idk I think my biggest problem is definitely the time between dates and wondering how much you should text them. Cus usually they find out I don't have friends and then I don't want them to think I'm too clingy so I give them space by not being the one to send the first message every day. Also, I just think of texting as opening myself up to more ways of saying the wrong thing and fucking it up lol.

Another thing I just thought of is both of the last 2 women I went on dates with took a ride in my car and my car is a 2010 audi a3 with some scratches on the back and the panelling on the backside of the seats is hanging off. Maybe that turned them off. I could afford to make it look brand new again but before now I just thought it was a waste of money because I didn't care how it looked.

Any tips on how to flirt on a first date? My next date only agreed to a date with me after I promised not to make a move on her or expect sex lol

I'm the anon that posted yesterday about going on a first date with an attractive woman who just joined Bumble. Welp, she just messaged me "The last thing I want is to be rude. But I don't think we match.". This was after she suggested a 2nd date idea btw but wouldn't put a date in stone so I was sort of prepared for this. I've had a couple of very similar first dates so it doesn't hurt so much when they don't want a 2nd date now. This one said "You'll find someone nice on here or maybe another app. Just remember to be confident. Good luck" then half an hour later "Are u ok" and I just replied "Yes" because i'd rather not say everything I was thinking and become a reddit screenshot. Then she replied "Alright just checking because you seem soft and I don't want your feelings hurt." Imo she was just trying to bait a reaction with this message because her ego was hurt that I didn't beg and plead her for a 2nd date.

I think what might have contributed is I didn't message her today (the day after our date) because she didn't want to have a date today I just assumed she was busy and she told me she had lots of friends so I didn't want her to think I was too clingy. But probably the main reason this happened was she got a hotter match because she recently joined and on our date she told me how she got loads of matches. She also said she was going to dinner with a 'friend' after our date which I bet was another date and if I was going to message her today it'd be about that and I thought it was best not to.

Anyway I just thought to post this because last time I posted about how I had a date an anon wanted me to keep everyone updated.

I wonder what she meant by "remember to be confident". Maybe I wasn't flirty enough but we were mostly bowling in a lane right next to a family so I felt a bit awkward about that.
