Why are they so scared of giving Haven cards that aren't bad? Might have been decent if she shot three times when there's two amulets, but instead she's just worse than Valse with or without the condition.

Whoever's in charge of balancing Haven is just way too honest, all the cards are taxed on either stats, abilities, making you pay for activations or spending evo points. Just look at her. I like her, but she's complete dogshit compared to Valse and requires two amulets on board to still get less value than he outputs. She's called a fucking BARRAGE Exorcist and she shoots up to two (2) times? Imagine how absolutely fucking kino she would have been if they rightfully made her shoot once base and +1 time for every amulet on your board.
