What this would actually mean, practically:
>Singleplayer games with no DRM or online components
Unaffected. It could potentially prevent them from remotely removing the game from storefronts, but it's not guaranteed due to extraordinary circumstances.

Affected, would require the devs to release an offline patch before removing online components.
This would, likely, also affect mobile games and gachas.
