The early 90's were boring and a cool-off from the 80's. The late 90's when Internet became more mainstream it was divine. Early internet is something I yearn for daily. It was good, it was freedom. Just forums upon forums and it was exciting and not filled with faggotry. No rules.
Wikipedia launched in 2001, so if you wanted info on something chances are some guy made a website about his autistic interest and that is where you'd get info from. You would hope it was accurate, but since there was no incentive to lie, it usually was.
It was exactly perfect, and life was good. Life outside of the internet was fine, it was a lot cheaper. Dating was easier too. Very limited online dating was seen as weird and only done for those divorced and middle-aged. All the youth were outside doing things.
It was taken from us, once 9/11 happened the 1900's ended, and life became what it is now.

I don't think I'm broken but I think I'm plenty strong
lvl 20 something magic build and I'm just stacking spell power up and mana regen. I just throw force lightnings and guided missiles everywhere. I'm really good at 1v1/bossfights with no adds but when I get surrounded I had to play turtle.
