I've heard your dumb retarded ass say this before and I'm confident that you haven't watched TOS in fucking years, or maybe they only showed the worst S3 episodes of TOS in Guatemala or wherever you're from but TOS was extremely seriously-minded. Episodes like The Galileo Seven, Court Martial, Devil in the Dark could all be TNG episodes. They're what the good TNG and DS9 and VOY and ENT episodes are going for.
