everything matches up to it being dess, with the bat and the music and the obvious link to kris that he refuses to fight her or show (You) what she looks like under the helmet and even fucking holds hands with her, this isn't a "kris is the knight" type thing it'd outright be a massive subversion if toby made them unrelated
