Noelle was so caught up on reconciling with Kris again during their last section together, that the one thing that made her fail her spelling bee thanks to trauma which was December, Dess full name, on the puzzle that they were doing that she completely felt safer with Kris close to her as she ignores it when in comparison she comments on every puzzle, it makes the entire scene far more impactful on how she relies on Kris and is able to reminisce about it, her last line hits deeper with that because she felt safe and comfortable enough with Kris to revisit such memories, much more intimate.

Does ANYBODY besides the voice during the Knight fight (Who most believe to be Gaster), know about our ability to reset time? Has Kris indicated at any point that he's aware of that ability? Has Ralsei? Have any other characters? I have a suspicion that while they're aware of an entity/Soul pulling the strings and always listening, I don't think they're aware of us and the ability to reset or see multiple routes.

I unironically felt sad for TENNA. He just wants to make people smile but is forgotten, a character who just wants everyone to be happy again. His design is cute too (not in a sexual way).

Replayed Snowgrave as part of my Total Jackass run, and I think the “(You)r choices stem from Kris’ impulsive/intrusive thoughts” theory has more credence than it seems at first glance. Kris most likely tells Noelle that “It’s natural” to want to see what would happen if she let Kris get electrocuted because based on what we learn from Ramb and Mantle, Kris has been in her shoes. Wanting to push the world and everyone in it to their natural limits is part of what Kris considers or once considered to be “freedom”, at least in the realm of games. But Kris hates himself for feeling like that may apply to reality. “It’s horrible.”
I also think that explains the returning “Proceed” phrase. Because of Kris’ aforementioned desire to see how things play out, no matter how horrible, a tucked-away part of him wants to see how the Weird Route ends as much as wr do.
Also holy shit Snowgrave is such a turnon. I love ryona.

Here's my theory:
The tragedy in the prophecy is that one of the heroes must kill another among them.
This is why Susie tells Kris "we're not gonna let that happen," and she tells Ralsei "I KNOW you won't let that happen."
But in one of the later chapters, Ralsei is going to come up to Kris when he's found a moment to be away from Susie.
And he's going to tell Kris that obviously, Ralsei should be the one to die. He's just a darkner, he's just a toy, he's not real, he never went to school, sob sob sob, etc.
And then, it's going to be the inversion of the end of genocide route.
Where Ralsei says, in a shaky voice between tears, "Please kill me."

Nah, it's pretty clear that you have control over kris' choices completely when given options. Maybe part of kris wanted to reconnect with noelle or for noelle to get stronger, but kris' vision of that definitely doesn't align with yours.
When you make the snowgrave choice in chapter 4, you're literally choosing whether to enter the room or remain in the vents (sus). Kris literally goes behind your back and undoes the actions that you do in chapter 2, and he tries to hide the fact that he's done this from the soul deliberately. When you succeed kris rips you out of his chest and beats the shit out of you until he gets kicked out.

That isn't someone losing to their subconscious, that's someone losing a battle for dominance over the vessel.

4s music was actually pretty underwhelming since while i liked dark sanctuary nearly every track in the chapter felt like a remix of it instead of having its own identity. even hammer of justice was heavily inspired by undyne's themes
