This might be a silly question, but who are we counting as a Jedi survivor? Just fully-initiated members of the Order (i.e. Knights and Masters), or literally anyone associated with it (Padawans, Initiates, Janitors, Security Guards, etc.)

I was always under the impression that the "100 survivors" was just counting Knights and Masters and that survivor of lesser ranks like Padawans could number well into the thousands.
