Hmmm.... ya know I just posted about fixing draft willingness but the solution was too fucking brutal cause basically you draft women first and make them fuck meat for the men fighting.

If the military could do human cloning, and those clones were not given any rights and were property, and the men could do what they wanted with them.... you might have a single use solution to fix enlistment.
Obviously you can't let them kill clones when they feel like it, they would have to be limited mental function, and legal issues would eventually arise.
And either way that legal issue goes, its not good news for the military.
