No Good Noelle is another one of Nemlei's work and one of the endings has the protagonist not trust the shadey stranger she met and not commit fraud to get the job she needs. Instead she stays honest and reconciles with her friend that she had a fight with and they work together to help their problems needing a job.

The other ending has Noelle just go along with Yule's plan (the stranger she met) and cheat on her test to get the job she needs, but in the process she doesn't reconcile with her friend and stays bitter with them. Yule is also said to have a shadey past where it's implied he ate a child because he was hungry.

The game doesn't really try to portray which is the right choice for Noelle and it's really more so up to the player's interpretation.

It's likely that at most we get a bittersweet ending, but something I've seen theorized is that the protagonists in Coffin will free the souls from the demon entity as a way for them to atone for what they have done.
