This is most likely showing that Andrew is at risk of going down a path where Ashley dies probably forced to kill her via coercive mind manipulation as part of LU's plan to ascend her beyond a Tar Soul and "solve" Andrew's problem in the most straightforward and careless way possible. Something Andrew will truly regret and break him. Not something that will make him serve LU.

And as per the ending of the vision she REALLY wants Andrew so there is a possibility that Ashley will be subservient to Lord Unknown with Andrew as blackmail so he can keep both of them at hand.

I think one of the more fucked up and depressing things about the story is that the lives of the Graves are so godawful, Ashley would've been happy in prison(quarantine in ep1 was essentially that, except worse, and without food).
Had the system kept them together, both of the Graves would've been fine going to jail for their misdeeds, their lives are so terrible.

He did have ennough cognisance to leave her behind a "beloved" gravestone, and LU himself says he can use his powers to make him not feel things he doesn't want to, so I think that ending is just him losing his love for Ashley, so he helps her ascend as parting gift/LU's orders, and butchers her body afterwards, and then leaves.
It's obviously bad for Andrew, and it's not something he'd want of her, but it's something he may do, and Nemlei has a habit of doing ending where MCs get what they want, so I think he'd be genuenly blissful under LU.
