Correct. Women will happily heap praise on other women they don't view as competition, meanwhile if they feel threatened they will go out of their way to ruin that woman's life or make her miserable. Obviously not ALL women are like this, I'm speaking broadly, but the shit my sister had to endure was inhumane and makes guys getting into fistfights look tame.
