Ah, forgot that was a thing. Yeah, makes way more sense than the first human mission. Should replay it one of these days, I think I only ever touched it once when I first got into custom campaigns.

I think it has more to do with enemies just having several bases all over the map but I never had a mission go long enough for that to happen. I think you're kinda expected to use Arthas to clown on the map, though giving him some knights, rifles, priests, gryphons and steam tanks does wonders.
