I'm an engineer, specifically a Systems Engineer.
My current work environment is too stressful, far FAR too stressful.
I'm sitting here feeling like my head and heart are about to blow.

I'm very good at my work. I'm also decently skilled at applied maths and physics.

I'm hoping to hear some options or ideas for work that is less stressful than this...
I feel trapped but my head isn't thinking right now.
I'd take a job that's less stress/fewer hours even if it meant a huge pay-cut... I can't live like this.
