Idk if that is the sort of secret your looking for . . . But their is an entity in existence that looks like black and white tendrils a checkered sort of shape (notice how freemasons and the occult use black and white checkered boarding)

Mmm idk I'm pretty sure it's a painful process in my experince being around it is like having your head smashed with a hammer . . . Like it reforges you . . . But it is most certianly a painful experince though not explicitly lethal
