It is the thought that the creation of everything isn't made by a sentient God being. Truth be told we could just be a simulation and we're just some tiny blip in it and god/gods have no idea where we are in said simulation. It was just a test to see if they could duplicate the orgins of how time and matter formed. The ones that made this simulation would ironicaly be gods even if based reality wasn't made by a god.
