I knew I'd lose some strength after starting estrogen, but I didn't realize it would sneak up on me so much. I'm still boymoding and I have to do occasional lifting at my job when we need boxes of paperwork moved into the storage closet.
I had to do this recently and I tried to make it look like I was picking it up easily but it felt like everyone was watching me and one of the warehouse guys that was in the office right then came over to help me with the box.
