Do you have any evidence to actually back up your beliefs? As in actual studies, preferably ones which doesn't have funding-based ties to political parties or similar groups?

Honestly I think it will be Holo. If not, Phase, but I think she is what they would probably be looking for in an upcoming generation. I just have a feeling. She is basically on par with alot of phase girls at this point so her saying it is a once in a life time opportunity makes more sense for something bigger.
