Mix of everything, meta is probably the least just because male kits are usually underwhelming and actual joseimuke games dont usually have insane meta scaling. Typically I find myself spending when I want to get multiple copies on a banner, usually my favorite/most anticipated characters aka SEX factor. Outside of that I'm usually sitting on a stash anyway so I can comfortably be ready for any surprises, I learned this from my f2poor days.
