>be me
>use a fortigate 60f as a home router
>was looking into policy deep ssl inspection
>see option "Decrypted Traffic Mirror"
>click on it
>giant legal disclaimer pops up
>dafuq.jpg
>so apparently deeps ssl inspection decrypts traffic to look at headers and stuff for anything malicious but this decrypted traffic is discarded or not decrypted when you perform a diagnostic packet capture on the firewall
>but you have the option of forwarding all decrypted traffic to anything, like say your computer running wireshark
>now have access to https headers, auth tokens, cookies, payload etc all in plaintext
ok thats kind of nuts and could be very useful for say, figuring out how to automate the use of a phone app with python.

>Those employees are being replaced with pajeets.
this. i was laid of along with hundreds of other employees and the conditions were literally "You can not work for us again for a year unless you are a contractor employed by Accenture" and they threw a brick of money at me (about $30k)
idk how doing this looks good to investors but apparently that was the reason

>"DONT WANT ADS? JUST GO PREMIUM BRO"
>op pic is of premium lite
The hilarious (and sad) part is that those paying for 'premium lite' still get ads. Like... wtf are you even paying for??? Aparently there is a higher tier that is ad free and what do you get with the lite?

>Why would I want to watch YouTube? It's mostly garbage
There are a few nice extensions, like 'Return Youtube Dislike' which lets you see how much other people hated what you just watched and there is also 'channel blocker'. Like if i search something and im bombarded with """news""" channels depicting the content but i dont want to watch """news""" i just block the channel it i never see it again. And every news station will have like, 2 dozen substation channels but you just block them all and then they dont show up anymore
