Panty Stocking doesnt even look like cartoon, it's unique and its own thing, It's a kind of perfect middle ground between cartoon and anime. It's one of my favorite artstyles and is why I love westaboo art in general since it perfectly hits the appeal of western art's wacky proportions but still maintains the level of quality and stylization you'd expect from anime art. There's no cartoon or anime that actually looks like this despite feeling similar and i love it.
