Yes, if you're going to dedicate your life to the orchestra you need to live where an orchestra is, but you aren't dedicating your life to an orchestra. If you want to be a filmmaker you're going to need to live in Hollywood--but you aren't a filmmaker. If you aren't one of the people who actually stands to utilize the vast gyre of suffering humanity to your own ends, your only option is to BE of that vast gyre of suffering humanity, and suffer you shall.
For normal people there's no reason to live in a big city unless you want to live like an insect. And if you do--good, go move to the city, but the cities are the great IQ Shredders of the world. You will find good employment--which you'll need because everything costs 5x as much. You will be around obnoxious shitlibs who hate themselves and you everywhere. You will discover that urbanites are intensely political, have no social cohesion, and are phenomenally low-trust and miserable, and if you aren't they will hate you for it. Fertility is like 30% less in cities than everywhere else, so the older urbanites are increasingly bitter childless libtards who just want to see young people suffer.
To be rural is to live like human beings are actually supposed to live. To have space, to have quiet, to have a dunbar number that is not constantly taxxed to its maximum capacity. It's undeniably superior, people move to the cities for "opportunity" but if you'll notice in the movies that "opportunity" is always false, you just get fucked and wrung out like a cloth for every dime your flesh can produce before you are unceremoniously discarded and erased.
