the problem with the puppers is that they are dictated by feeling. this means they can be dictated by petty things, anger, spite, ect. they are more prone to being irrational. now, don't get me wrong, having a strong heart can be good, but it can oft lead to evil just as much as emotional detachment can. the real measure of a person's morality is their willpower to adhere to proper ethics, it doesn't matter what angle you're coming at it from, dog, cat, bunny, take your pick

i hope things pick up for you. i'm doing well, been exploring my dissociative shards/mental states as usual. i think synchronicity was telling me i shouldn't sleep while closest to the void, so last night i slept in the magical sweet-spot instead, things usually end up pretty good the day after i have one of those sleeps
i've also been giving my more grounded shard some time to do stuff, tho when i'm in that state i don't have the benefits of the void. its my weakest self, but the truest to my original, pre-insanity self

not as much as i used to, i have to do it in small doses if at all because it can spur on psychosis if i'm not careful. i find it helps me with my mental explorations though. i mostly smoke passionflower, which doesn't have the same psychoactive effects, it mostly is just calming. i find smoking something, anything at all it seems, helps with spirit contact, even the passionflower
