You pick Revenant because she's so short that a decent chunk of the night 1-2 bosses attacks can't hit her if she stands directly underneath them
Her claws are really strong, especially if you spam jumping attacks and reduce her hitbox to next to nothing, while doing the same amount of stagger damage as a wylder power stancing great swords

I've had my entire build change on day 2 because I ran into the rain and got a seal solo with the nightlords weakness on it.
Blasted the day 2 boss apart with the same incantation so was totally worth it.
