Ah, gotcha. Well for both those cases, I think I'd still run the Scout armors. I don't think I've ever used smokes because I almost always run my get-out-of-jail-free card, stun grenades my love.
Unless I don't feel confident in a more aggressive stratagem loadout I'm testing, then I'd use the B-01 or whatever because fighting AI head-on just does random things at its whims.

No one described the Leviathan as hard, they either said annoying or badly designed, which is true.
