Been off my antidepressants for about a week now

I feel a bit lazy and lethargic, which I'm sure is a withdrawal effect, because my brain is having to readjust to life without the antidepressant

I want to keep pushing on though. When I was off the drug, I was more active (going for regular walks). I want to do that again.

Me before antidepressants:
>sense of urgency
>regular exercise
>developing the focus and motivation to push forward in life
Me after antidepressants:
>lazy
>stupid
>stuck in a false sense of comfort
>practically no motivation to exercise
>dick doesn't work as well
