I don't know. I just recently got into flying games, played through Ace Combat 4-7, Zero, and Project Wingman. All those mission that I found out afterwards are constantly talked about as being super hard on the internet for more than a decade I cleared in one or two tries on the highest available difficulty. I'm genuinely convinced that this genre is overwhelmingly played by old people who think they're hot shit for being good at mildly challening action games. That being said, I had a really fun time and I think they're great games, but certainly not very challenging.

That one japanese model in the first game is difficult to understand because she can't speak fucking english and yet Kojimbo decided to give her a 10 minute long monologue.

>>all female characters are crazy good fighters and kick men's asses
And they're all sexy and presented as completely over the top. Also there's quite a few very capable male fighters in the story. Arguably some of the best fighters are male (i.e. Chang).
>>main cast alone has a white guy, a black guy, a japanese guy and a half chinese half italian girl, talk about diversity
It's set in a city where scum from all around the world converge. They still look like and have the mannerism of their race without glorifying retard behavior, that's the most important point.
>>the racist/misogynist/rapist/ect villains usually die violently
I can't recall a single villain where this applies except for the neo-nazis and the one faggot in Japan, though he's less of a misogynist and more of an all-around asshole.
>>one episode involved a boat full of neo nazis being slaughtered
And the female main character got put in her place in terms of morality by both the story itself and two of her crewmates. She wasn't presented as doing something heroic, but like a pathetic criminal who can't even understand how an object can carry metaphysical value. Also, probably the most important point, the neo nazis weren't used as stand-ins for contemporary politics.
>>main themes delve into capitalism and corruption
Corruption, sure. But capitalism? How? Because people in the series want to make money?
>>sympathetic towards the criminal lifestyle while still exposing the dark underbelly of the criminal world
It's absolutely not sympathetic towards it, unless you mean the cool presentation of all the action going on. Rock is getting corrupted by the evil around him, and that evil has tainted pretty much everyone in that city. It's actually a huge theme of the story.

Imagine getting filtered by a silly action show.
