Here's where it gets weird. If you look at those pieces of art in the article, they're clearly of the older Phyre design. You can tell this because the Tremere coat doesn't have the red trim on it, and it's cut differently. The bottom row of images here are the newer clan cards with the newer designs. You'll notice that Phyre has a different face in the newer cards. (And for those who are face blind, it's a mixture of male and female Phyre on these cards.)
