As said by OP herself, the woman in the OP pic is a driver who crashed into her brother. Both died. Anyways, for some reason she keeps spamming this disgusting image everywhere. I first saw these threads in /r9k/ but me and a few others found out she's been doing this shit for much longer than we initially thought.

I've gone in every thread, told OP to stop, but they keep giving me weird responses. The thread then gets deleted/moved. A day later, a new thread arises.
