They did this with the bullshit angel orb gainer 1/4 ward and the purple bitch.
Make as many mandatory neutral legendaries as possible to increase the cost of decks.
7 crafts 2 legends + 2 neutrals every month or two so you have to get 48 legendaries for a full set.
Now are we getting such large sets every month now? Will we get minisets too? CANT WAIT
