Kibellahs romance (and character arc in general) has a series of flags that trigger, whichever ones are triggered the most at the end determine her ending and conviction path. If you go full Dogmatic in your responses to her (which is her Fanatic flag) she will break up with you at the end of her romance because she considers her duty to you as your personal assassin and the Emperor more important than being your lover, which she feels interferes with her primary role.

Also yes, if you have any grasp of how to build characters in CRPGs just play on a higher difficulty, the games combat is ridiculously trivial and boring even there, but at least there's SOME fun to be had in Act 1 up until about midway through Act 2.

I picked a member of the Bloodspun Web as the confessor of the ship, preached the tenets to the priests of Foulstone and constantly send spinners to deal with heretics.

Even third season of dlcs may happen, so it's not worth it to wait. Beat it now with dlcs and then replay after 2 years with updates and 2 or 4 more dlcs and see what changed and improved.

>The level up system in this game is great too, it's frequent enough that you feel like you're making progress/building toward something but not so frequent they feel insignificant.
This is actually annoying for many people, especially when your team grows in size and you have all those companions you have to level frequently.
I like it too, but there is indeed simply something about this skill circle and the way they all are listed that makes it tiring to scroll through

They are working on 4 games right now. Dark Heresy cRPG, Expanse aRPG like Mass Effect, two still secret cRPGs (although those probably are in preproduction state still) and 2 more dlcs (at least) for Rogue Trader

dlcs are perfectly and seamlessly integrated into a base game, there is no reason to not play with them. Honestly Jae, a base game companion, feels more like dlc character than nigger and goth gf from dlcs. Get season pass since it's cheaper than buying even last dlc separately, maybe getting that steam bundle is even better, but I can't check it.
