I've said this before but the Cuckoldmaker line was actually Darumi's own twisted way of trying to motivate Takumi to wake the fuck up.
What really matters is Takumi and Tsubasa's relationship is at the best it's ever been and with a bright future ahead of it by the end of KG, and they'll both make sure Darumi is happy too.

Vodka shouldn’t floor you immediately like that (my drink of choice actually) even if you’ve never had any before so probably something worse. I do think it was meant to be drinkable considering Takumi already got a taste of what disinfectant alcohol tastes like from Darumi tricking him earlier with it lol
