Catti has pink and yellow in her color scheme, is obsessed with demons, and has ties to Noelle, which are all FRIEND-like. Catty, and Pizzapants for that matter, don't really fit, but I chalk that up to them likely being created before the cat themes of Deltarune were decided. Mad Mew Mew comes from a rerelease much closer to Deltarune, so she still fits.
