There are no use cases for "portable gaming".

Not only will you look like an autist, you will get a horribly gimped experience of the game you're playing (distraction, poor audio, poor display, poor performance) but they also aren't portable. You need cases and a bag for Switch 2/Deck/whatever, they're not gonna fit in your pocket.
Do a passive activity like listening to music/audiobooks/videos with earphones instead, to focus on your environment.
If on a train or plane, bring a book. Less distracting and no battery limit.
