This sort of shit's in tons of EULAs, it's not even new. Surprise, Baldur's Gate 3's EULA does this shit. None of it is enforceable, it's just to scare the consumer into compliance if they actually bother to read it - and in the EU, not only can it not being in your language void the EULA, it can be argued in court that it's void anyway both because it's a license to be read after the purchase, and that no one reads them anyway.
It's genuinely only in the US that anyone fears EULAs, and we generally don't care unless an idiot or an old techblind person gets suckered.
