>The European Union’s primary law

>Directives form part of the EU’s secondary law. They are therefore adopted by the EU institutions in accordance with the treaties. Once adopted at EU level, they are then transposed by EU Member States so they become law in the Member States

I think this is enough objective proof or evidence for your tomfoolery. You're not just wrong, you're obviously wrong. I won't give more (You)s, have fun reading or enjoy being on the spectrum.

Let's get some big and recurring talking points out of the way fast.
>it's just a video game, why would people/lawyers/the EU care?!
>no one cares
>they'll dismiss it anyways
Ignoring the elephant in the room how video games are THE biggest, most popular and most profitable entertainment media in the history of our planet, let's look at tangible evidence that proves for a fact that the EU is interested in bringing about a change for the betterment of the consumers.
>Commission and national authorities take action to protect children from harmful practices in video games
https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/ip_25_831
>Key principles on in-game virtual currencies
https://commission.europa.eu/document/8af13e88-6540-436c-b137-9853e7fe866a_en
These are not up for debate before the Commission or any other authority. These have already passed. They will be implemented in the future in some way, shape or form.

I hope I could alleviate the doubts of people or fence-sitters who are honest and open-minded about this topic before the shill campaign notices the existence of this thread.

Anon is actually right. You can legally, literally ignore any and all TOS in the EU if you deem it "unfair" which is extremely vague in the directive, meaning that you can just ignore all TOS you agree to if you're european.
