SCOTUS already has the votes which is why they allowed Trumps Executive order "ending" Birthright Citizenship for illegals and Temporary Visa Holders to go into effect 30 days from now and then immediately went on vacation for 120 days.
Do the math, that is 3 months of Trumps Executive Order being allowed to operate as if it were constitutional which is a signal from SCOTUS that they believe that is in fact constitutional.

Trumps Executive Order on Birthright Citizenship goes into effect 26 days from now and will apply to anyone born to an illegal migrant from February 20th, 2025 onwards. This applies in ANY state or district that does not have an active state or district level injunction already in place which is 28 out of 50 states.
