This is what I ended up with for level 50. There's not really a worthwhile replacement for White Rider and his stats hold up so he's staying in. Okinunushi does require you to have Merope quite high. Oki has Maragi because the only personas that can provide Maragion on skill teaching are really expensive and you're not using off element attacks to actually deal competent damage, just to proc downs.
