it's draining having to put up with those stupid and insane things, having to tolerate it & avoid starting any shit, but that's why you gotta be selective with the people you spend time around
gotta find the people worth putting up with and hold onto them

the purpose of anger is so that we uphold boundaries, whether physical or psychological, our property or people we care about, etc
when someone in your social circle is talking some insanity, you get angry BECAUSE you care about that person and what they say, and now all of a sudden they're saying insane shit
but you always have to remember, the anger is there so that you may fistfight the demon/insanity inside that person, not the person themself
