On the right picture I was fat indeed (I went from 65kg to 74kg between the two pictures, I'm 176cm), now I'm on a cut and I feel like I went back to the starting point

I lift because one day I hope I'll look fit, I had so many body image issues throughout my youth and struggled so much to understand how to lifting properly that I hope the saying “hard work pays off” will one day prove true for me (in the photo, I have been training for three years and my results are pretty mediocre, so for now I would say no).

Yeah, like me, and that's the only progress I've been able to make in 3 years, so I'm always impresse to see people literally SKYROCKETING in terms of progress within 6 months or a year, I'm wondering how they do so well. Did they do everything perfectly from the very beginning? I had to go through trial and error, step by step, I've made mistakes and I thought it was usual
