Wrote up my first attempt at a Dark Eldar list. Love the idea of non-stop transports ferrying around Kabalites to shoot and capture points. Scourges and Incubi are cool too so I added them in as well. Thoughts?

Dark Eldar Combat Patrol, final update it seems.
>A week has passed since the supposed delivery.
>USPS has blown me off multiple times now.
>Contacted Ebay and asked them to step in.
>Mention the multiple attempts to get support from USPS and the seller.
>Post message that is polite but asking for help.
>Sixteen minutes later get an e-mail saying that they can not give me a refund because "The package was marked as delivered" and that they closed the request.
I hate them all so much. Nothing like getting screwed out of $148.

Sorry to blogpost, but there is an update on my missing Combat Patrol today.
>Escalated my USPS support ticket.
>Get call from down state USPS staff.
>Says she will look into my situation.
>This morning I get a long e-mail saying "Yeah it was marked as delivered, so we can do nothing. You can report it as stolen by USPS staff or stolen in general."

>Find Ebay customer support number.
>Call it, explaining as best as I can to CS that I am out $148 for a Combat Patrol that was marked as delivered but never showed up in the mail.
>CS agent requests USPS info and says that Ebay will step in in two days.
>Mentions the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, but honestly it was hard to understand some of what she said thanks to a very thick accent.
How hard is it to just go "Yeah, we see you have been complaining about this since minutes of the package being delivered, so we'll refund your money"? I've been using Ebay for eight years and have never had any issues like this before. Let alone USPS acting like I am a piece of trash and trying to dodge communicating with me/hanging up on me when I called and introduced myself at one point. I am sick and tired of all of this nonsense. Why is it that customers are seen as enemies by these companies/services? I have a spotless record as a buyer and no criminal/legal problems either. $148 will probably not break the people in charge, but it is a significant amount to my broke self.
