We typically use review count ~= revenue as a proxy for quality, but the most accurate number to use should be "expected value per impression" (henceforth EV/I). i.e. For every impression GabeN gives you, how much money does that make GabeN? That is the sole determining factor for how many impressions GabeN will give you, which directly translates to sales and reviews.
