You only need 1, but you play 2 or you'll never see her. Ralmia is fine if you're not up against Dragon or Portal as a super evo target. Otherwise she's just there to shit out beta artifacts to lethal. Ralmia's biggest problem is not only is she competing with super evo with Orchis, but opposing Orchis completely fucks her shit up.
