the issue is that during the whole talk with susie thing noelle tries to write off the ferris wheel photo entirely because it was FORCED and says it doesn't mean anything because of it - i don't know about you but i wouldn't exactly call anything to do with kris 'good memories' if i was just going off of what she said, never mind a solo photo of just kris
it feeds into the whole thing with susie asking if the moment was 'good or bad' and noelle not being able to answer, her whole logic falls apart when it's clear she treasures those moments DESPITE trying to pretend they didn't mean anything since they were just neighbors made to hang out through circumstance
