realize that i'm a zoomer still living at home with parents, and the fridge is always stocked with all kinds of goodies, from soup through kielbasa, spaghetti, lasagne, tortillas etc.

it'd be much easier to diet if i lived on my own, my own laziness would ensure a near-empty fridge and so on.
