the "but" comes from the fact any criticism of racial communities brands you a racist. My gf is mixed race and I've worked with people from all sorts of backgrounds and cultures. Areas such as nechelles, hansworth, alum rock have nothing in common with UK culture and are dirty, crime ridden, and overall not nice areas. You come to whatever conclusion you want from that but it's a fact.
