I get bad back acne still (29) and folluculitis after haircuts or if I touch my scalp alot. Any advice? I use Panoxyl I think its called with my shampoo and on my back and it does seem to help but this shit is real stubborn. Is showering at night and in the morning a meme? I read differing opinions on showering too much
