It'd be a fun evil ending to the weird route without literally just being "lol the world is destroyed", Kris is just gone, we replaced them fully. A world rebuilt in our image, where our choices matter.
It'd also mirror chara replacing Frisk in the soulless pacifist ending.
I don't see toby doing it, but it'd be cool.
or he could just have the weird route create undertale I guess idk
