I study electrical engineering but outside of college homework, I cannot do anything of my own. Like I just saw a youtube video of a guy building his own GPU from scratch. I could absolutely never do that, I am way too dumb, I wouldn't even know where to start. If there is not a definite guide on how to build something I cannot do it.
How can I learn to do stuff with the theory I am studying in college? I feel really helpless.
