I mean, I know the one with the handles can be used without installation. but there seems to be so many wide gaps for that basket/pannier I probably would need to find something to fill the surface gaps.

I like the one that basket just dont know if can install on my bike?

vietnamese bike noob here:

just went back a roughly 1 hour ride. it feels pretty good. I did some squats + calf raise + deadlift this week (all relatively low weight) and it helped my pedal uphill (when going up bridge) alot. I'm actually having quite much fun with my current chinese bikeslop.

thank anons that stopped me from buying upgrades and whatever other bikes I've been tempting. it took me some time to appreciate what I have

bike noob here. don't have any questions right now just wanna say I'm thankful for whoever kept creating those threads AND for people that participate in them. I learnt a lot and had some fun talking about bikes with you guys

acually I have a question now: it's more related to training. what training or breathing technique do you need to maintain high speed for a long time? like I can go to 45km/h but I don't think I can last so long with it, especially if there are regular stops and brakes I just lose so much momentum.

I already workout and jogging to complement my body. next I will try cyclist squat
